Each print in this 50-piece limited edition comes from my original 9×12 colored pencil drawing, The Child Who Leads Us — a reimagination of Jesus a little older, gently riding the same donkey who was with Him when He was born in the manger.
I drew this piece using soft colored pencils and intentionally let the texture of the paper show through, giving His face, hair, and clothing a fluffy, tender finish. Everything about this artwork was meant to reflect childhood innocence, warmth, and the gentle strength He carried even from the very beginning.
The print is reproduced at 8×10, keeping the softness and texture of the original for those who watched this drawing develop during my livestreams.
